The Beyond Yellowstone Living Lab is working with the Wyoming Game & Fish Department WGFD and WYDOT on a mitigation strategy document for the Highway 120 corridor between Meeteetse and Cody. The document will consolidate available information on wildlife-vehicle collisions and seasonal movements for elk, mule deer, pronghorn, and white-tailed deer. These data will help identify potential mitigation measures aimed at reducing wildlife-vehicle collisions and maintaining habitat connectivity for migratory big game. Hall Sawyer is leading this project.
